How to Track Leopards Courier Online: Step-by-Step Guide
Quick Answer
To track a Leopards parcel, find your CN number (8 to 15 characters) on your receipt, SMS or seller’s email. Type it into our tracking box. You will see the latest scans, the city your parcel is in and the time of each scan. You do not need an account.
Leopards Courier tracking: the basics
Checking where your parcel is should be quick and easy. Maybe you are waiting for an online order, sending papers to a client or posting a gift to family. Either way, every parcel booked with Leopards can be tracked online.
When Leopards accepts a parcel at an Express Centre, a counter or a business pickup, it gives the parcel a Consignment Number (CN). You use this number to track the parcel on every step of its trip, from the first sorting centre, onto the road between cities, to the hub in your city and finally to the rider at your door.
This guide shows every way to track a Leopards parcel, what the tracking result tells you, and what to do when something goes wrong.
How to Track Leopards Courier Online, Step by Step
Tracking online is the quickest way to see where your parcel is. Here is how:
Find your CN number
You need your CN number first. It has 8 to 15 characters.
- On paper receipts: Look under the barcode on your receipt.
- In SMS messages: Booking messages from Leopards include the CN number.
- In online orders: Look in your order history or the seller’s shipping email.
Type the CN number into the tracking box
Go to our home page, or use the box at the top of this site. Type or paste your number carefully.
Tip: we remove extra spaces and dashes for you, and capital or small letters do not matter.
Press “Track Parcel”
We send your number to Leopards and bring back the scans recorded so far. This usually takes a few seconds.
Read the result
You will see the city the parcel came from, the city it is in now, the date and time of the last scan, and what should happen next.

Leopards Tracking Not Working? Common Problems
Getting an error when you check your parcel? Here is what to do for the most common problems:
Tracking says “Consignment Not Found”
This usually means a shop booked the parcel online, but Leopards has not collected and scanned it yet. A new booking can take some time to show up. If you got the number late in the day, check again the next morning.
Stuck on “In Transit” for more than 24 hours
A parcel going a long way, such as Karachi to Peshawar, travels by road. It is not scanned while it is on the road. The next update appears when it is unloaded and scanned at the next hub.
Says “Out for Delivery” but the rider never came
Riders deliver many parcels each day. If the rider runs out of time, the parcel usually goes back to the local branch and is tried again later. Keep your phone on, and call Leopards if it does not come the next working day.
