Consignment Number (CN)
Your tracking number: 8 to 15 letters and numbers, printed under the barcode on your receipt. This is what our tracker searches by.
LCS
Short for Leopards Courier Services (Pvt) Ltd. If your SMS or receipt says LCS instead of Leopards, it is the same company.
Line-Haul
The trip by truck between sorting hubs. Parcels are not scanned on the way, so tracking can pause without anything being wrong.
Returned to Shipper (RTS)
Returned to shipper: after failed delivery tries, the parcel goes back to the sender instead of being tried again and again.
Mera Time Delivery
Leopards’ service that lets you choose a 2-hour delivery window, in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad, including on Sundays.
Yellow Box
Fixed-price, firm boxes for parcels up to 10 kg, priced by box size rather than weight.
Declared-Value Insurance
Optional cover the sender asks for and pays for when booking. It pays whichever is lower: the declared value or the item’s market value.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery: you pay the rider at the door. You usually pay in full before opening the parcel.
